Water Chute Ocean Beach's water chute is the last remaining ride of its type in the UK. Other similar rides at Blackpool, Margate, & Porth Cawl have recently been demolished. |

| Rhyl is planning a regeneration of the Promenade & seafront, leaving the future uncertain for Ocean Beach Amusement Park. It has been suggested that the park could move back to its original location at the nearby 'Marine Lake' area, however, the Runaway Train has already been dismantled & sold for scrap. | |||
