The European Coaster Club were kindly invited by Oakwood to preview the ride 6th April '06. The ride will be open along with the park from 13th April, although only 1 of the 4 cars was on site at the time. Filmed by a German TV crew, the 1st 8 of us climbed aboard using a ladder! The film crew needed shots of 'the 1st passengers!' on the ride from a variety of angles; so we got to do 5 laps, switched places, did another 5, swapped again etc... Opportunities like that come few & far between so many thanks to the ECC & Oakwood for a great day. The ride is awesome! G's go from 0, to heavy, to -1, to heavy again in the 1st 5 seconds of the ride! The helix at the end reminded me of Goliath... as Justin Garvanovic said after one of his many rides " it has perfect pacing".
