hmmm... I'm not certain this doesn't belong in the 'publicity stunts' thread.
Thorpe Park get a favorable mention, & having done a couple of similar media articles I know how & why these stories get in the press...
I wouldn't go as far as to say this is offensive, the girl involved obviously doesn't mind & has given consent (& must have let Thorpe know too!). But a number of people have died when a rollercoaster ride has triggered their unknown tumours & aneurisms. I just dont think its in good taste, which is in line with most of Thorpe's publicity.
