| APRIL 2008 - Although I did get out & about quite a bit, early 2008 had really bad weather, so there's not been much to report until recently! Cal, Tony & I took Fred to Chill FactorE for his birthday, where we'd booked a session on the 'luge'... |

| Harry & I went to Southport Pleasureland 1 afternoon... we'd been discussing the remnants of Liverpool's garden festival, so decided to call in & explore whats left of the park... |

| Which wasn't a lot! A summit offers nice views across Liverpool, and the Mersey estuary, to the industrial zone near Chester... |

| Tony & I spent an afternoon in the Yorkshire Dales, exploring Bolton Abbey, Goredale Scar & Malham Cove before a fish & chip supper at the new Banny's in Colne. Pictured here, walk to Bolton Abbey, grounds, and St Mary's church, the only part of Bolton Abbey left intact after the reformation of the Church... and its a local tradition to hammer money into fallen trees... |
