Noah's Ark at Blackpool Pleasure Beach is a walk-through fun house, opened in 1922 it was built by amusement legend William Strickler. There are only 2 of these attractions left today, the other being at Kennywood in the US. Strickler built another of these amusements at the Morecambe Pleasure Park, which later became Frontierland. He was constructing another at Pleasureland, Southport, when he fell from the roof & died. The ark is decorated with cubist animals, typical of the art deco period in which it was built.  Click the thumbnailed images to enlarge pics

The walk - through involves a variety of early fun-house type stunts, like the Takeshi castle - style stepping stones!, the mist tunnel, moving floors and visual effects... even some goldfish!
